Returns and Exchanges Policy
We sincerely hope you are delighted with your purchase and won't require a return or exchange. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and our returns and exchange policy is in place to assist you.
Return Guidelines:
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange if it meets the following criteria:
- It must be returned in a saleable condition within 14 days from the date of delivery. If the return item is shipped more than 14 days after its initial delivery, it will be returned to you.
- The item must have the original hangtag.
- All original packaging must be included.
- The item should be free from makeup, stains, perfume/cologne and any other smell that did not come with the item
- It must not have been washed or altered in any way.
For international returns, please ensure that you cover all customs duties and taxes. Items returned with outstanding duties or tax charges, at your expense, may be held at customs, and you will need to contact your courier to resolve the issue. Please be aware that we do not cover custom taxes and charges.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are offered free of charge. You can exchange your merchandise for items of the same style in a different size or color.
Please note that refunds for sale items will be provided in the form of store credit, and exchanges are not available for sale items. All items purchased from the clearance rack are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, we offer only one free exchange per transaction.
Damaged Merchandise:
If the returned merchandise is damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your own cost.
Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible merchandise will be issued to the original method of payment after we receive the item. We aim to process your refund within 5-10 working days upon receiving the item. However, please be aware that your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. In cases where your return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, ForeverAmelia will be responsible for shipping a replacement to you or covering your original shipping fees in the case of a refund.
